We have created a Referral Scheme, so that friends and work colleagues can discover a new career opportunity and you will be rewarded as a thank you.
All you need to do is either:
Get them to email their CV to admin@talentlink.com.au mentioning that you referred them.
Or
Give us their name and number and we’ll contact them (Please ensure you have permission to do so first).
When we place them into a new role, we’ll pay you $300 in a gift voucher of your choice*.

To qualify for the vouchers, there are some simple rules which must be adhered to.
Referrals must be submitted via email to admin@talentlink.com.au or by submitting their contact details to us.
Clear contact details must be provided for both parties to enable us to verify the referral.
You must have permission from your referral that you are submitting their contact details to TalentLink.
The referred candidate must be placed into work and successfully complete their Probation Period before the referral vouchers will be paid.
The vouchers can be from your nominated store of choice.
The referred candidate must not have already registered with us already or previously interviewed with TalentLink in the past 12 months.
The referred candidate must be placed within a job, 6 months of the referral.
