Key Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Project and Implementation Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting various critical projects underway.
  • Analyse data and processes to document the current and future system states.
  • Document design and implementation methods for payroll system changes related to EA’s and other payroll projects.
  • Create clear design documents outlining goals and system processes.
  • Use payroll system expertise to solve complex issues within system limitations.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, test, and troubleshoot for compatibility.
About You:

To excel in this role, you will have significant implementation exposure, as well as experience working with third party vendors to plan and deliver on system updates, enhancements, and configuration.
  • A strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels effectively.
  • Knowledge of key payroll system risks and common points of failure.
  • Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end projects, from planning to post-implementation support.
  • Strong project management and time management skills.
