They are looking for a Finance Leader with a passion for staff development, business process improvement, with a strong focus on providing effective financial controls.
Position Available:
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this role will lead the finance team in day-to-day accounting operations, month end close, quarterly reporting, projects and systems implementation with a focus on continuous improvement, productivity, change management and team development.
Key Duties will include:
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for various business units.
- Business partnering with various business leaders to support commercial outcomes and drive performance.
- Operational accounting, to include ensuring the integrity of the general ledger data for each of the divisions and entities.
- Management of large onshore and offshore finance teams.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, including coaching and development one on ones.
- Streamlining processes and systems to promote continuous improved controls and reporting.
- Project manage system changes including implementations and integrations.
About you:
We are looking for a strong leader who is passionate about inspiring and motivating teams but is equally strong in financial control and with a drive for systems automation and processes improvement.
You will have:
- 5 + years accounting experience as a first mover from Big 4 /Second Tier Audit firm from either Manager or Assistant Manager level.
- CA/CPA qualified.
- Ability to manage both Onshore and Offshore teams .
- Strong financial accounting experience including excellent understanding of accounting standards and accounting principles.
- Experience in report production, analysis and providing commentary to senior management.
