In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, converting leads into business, and delivering exceptional service. You will also benefit from inbound leads generated through marketing efforts and have access to an extensive client base, allowing you to focus on what you do best – providing great outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Source and convert leads from external marketing efforts, referrals, and networking.
- Manage home loan applications from start to finish, working closely with lenders, clients, and support staff.
- Facilitate loan settlements with the help of outsourced operations staff.
- Meet monthly and quarterly targets, maintaining high service standards and efficient processes.
You have at least 1 year of experience as a Mortgage Broker and are looking to further your career with a business that offers growth opportunities. You are a people-focused professional who enjoys building relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Mortgage Broker.
- Current accreditation with major lenders is highly regarded.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage client relationships effectively.
