This role will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and process flows to support software solutions and business opportunities.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation.
We are looking for an analytical and motivated individual to join this team. The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Experience with MYOB Advanced is essential.
- Project management skills with a focus on process improvement.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
- The ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
