The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Customer Insights Specialist to play a key role in enhancing customer experience within a B2B environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the customer journey from data capture, analysis and providing insights to key stakeholders to assist decision-making and improvement the overall experience.
  
  • Oversee the Voice of Customer Experience and Feedback program.
  • Utilise various internal and external systems and platforms to gather and present feedback to the business.
  • Analyse customer feedback data and measure against business KPI’s and metrics.
  • Engage with various internal stakeholders globally to provide insights and recommendations to enhance the customer journey.
  • Provide training and support to stakeholders on accessing and navigating dashboards.
  • Assist the Manager with building customer experience strategies for improve data and survey response rates.
  • Continuous improvement and automation of processes and systems such as surveys, dashboards and reporting.
  
About You:

  • Passion for enhancing the customer experience and overall.
  • Experience in using customer experience management software such as InMoment, Qualtrics and Medallia.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Fast learner & adaptable.
  • Can do attitude and problem-solving skills.
