We are looking for a dynamic Customer Insights Specialist to play a key role in enhancing customer experience within a B2B environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the customer journey from data capture, analysis and providing insights to key stakeholders to assist decision-making and improvement the overall experience.
- Oversee the Voice of Customer Experience and Feedback program.
- Utilise various internal and external systems and platforms to gather and present feedback to the business.
- Analyse customer feedback data and measure against business KPI’s and metrics.
- Engage with various internal stakeholders globally to provide insights and recommendations to enhance the customer journey.
- Provide training and support to stakeholders on accessing and navigating dashboards.
- Assist the Manager with building customer experience strategies for improve data and survey response rates.
- Continuous improvement and automation of processes and systems such as surveys, dashboards and reporting.
About You:

- Experience in using customer experience management software such as InMoment, Qualtrics and Medallia.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
